Des has over a decade of experience in operations and support in small, medium and large organisations in both the private and public sectors.
Des has extensive experience coordinating project teams across and within large organisations, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and working closely with senior leadership to deliver flexible, efficient and consistent work at scale.
As well as designing and facilitating programme-based systems and projects, he has also worked in on-the-ground event management, process and automation, recruitment and long-term strategic planning.
Des is also an award winning composer and algorithmic artist and a lecturer in music and creative coding.
