With 30 years of marketing experience, 10 years at CMO/Director level, Lisa has built brands, grown businesses and optimised marketing performance, working in private equity, start-up and corporate businesses. Her sector experience spans Banking, Fintech, Travel and Legal Services.
Lisa was CMO at Atom Bank in the early stages of their growth, spending 4 years building the challenger banking brand, responsible for customer experience, proposition design, marketing and PR.
In travel she’s faced the challenge of blending online and offline acquisition channels, optimising database performance, delivering digital transformation and developing data capabilities.
Lisa is a passionate customer advocate, having spent 8 years at First Direct, where she refreshed their brand positioning to re-engage a younger target audience.
She’s been recognised in Marketing Week’s Vision 100 marketers, Campaign’s Power 100 and is a member of E-consultancy’s Digital Advisory Board. She’s also a Customer Pioneer, a community of business leaders delivering customer-led change.
